AGERA is a movement of Gambians working together to change the community through a network of leaders, social gatherings, community events, and resources. The main goal of the association is to build up a fund so that as a community we can be prepared for emergencies that could befall us. Participation has been very favorable, but more people need to join for a better and more vibrant community, and we hope that YOU will become a member to help us address important community issues. In summary, the solidarity shown during the time of need is an indication that regardless of our different backgrounds and pursuits, we are all Gambian and we do care for each other. What is eluding us is the consolidation of our efforts for a better community, which AGERA stands to address.
